Hello,

My name is Nizar Mahmoud Al-Masri, I am 24 years old, and I live in Palestine, specifically in Gaza – Beit Hanoun. I graduated from the University of Palestine in 2022 with a degree in Public Law. I used to work as a lawyer in both civil and sharia courts, but the war destroyed everything. My office and the courts where I worked were reduced to rubble, and I lost my job, which was the sole source of income for me and my family.

The destruction didn’t stop there—I also lost my home, the place where I grew up and spent my entire life. Along with it, I lost all my dreams, memories, and aspirations. I had hoped to pursue higher education and earn my master’s degree, but the war came and took everything from me.

My family consists of 12 members, and I can no longer provide for their basic needs due to the danger and death that surrounds us. Prices here have skyrocketed, and I can’t afford anything for them. We are now living together in a single tent, struggling to survive, while the freezing cold eats away at our bodies day and night.

To the world, I appeal to you to stand by my side. Your support and assistance could save what is left of my family. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a significant difference in our lives.
