Help Nishtha Fight Breast Cancer

Have you ever lived with uncertainty? Waiting for a result that leads to another wait, another result, that one to another and the whole cycle iterates till the uncertainty becomes the new normal. Imagine, cancer being the normal!!!
Of course, it can happen to anyone, and I was chosen to be the anyone when I discovered a lump in my left breast. And, the cycle started, the anxiety, the cruel uncertainty. The wait stopped soon when it was diagnosed as a benign tumor, but the uncertainty didn't. But, I was certain that it won't overshadow my life.
The lump soon started to grow trying to take over me, and so the fight to win over my body and sanity began. Lots of test, treatments, and a surgery later, we were familiarized with enough medical jargon that they flowed off as easily off the tongue as the money spent on treatment. We thought it will improve my situation, but life throws a curve ball when it is least expected.
Around same time my husband's job brought me to the US and the doctors discovered that the cancer has been spreading throughout my body. It has attacked my liver, lungs,bones and my right ovary. I am a Stage 4 patient now. In US, my diagnosis started from scratch and new treatment (standard of care) began and I noticed improvement, finally we were winning . But, to our surprise, 7 months being on standard of care; my cancer progressed.
As a prompt response ,we started detailed research starting with reading books, medical journals, Facebook groups etc. We decided to change our lifestyle and diet along with conventional treatment. We added Integrative treatment in parallel with conventional treatment. But unfortunately nothing is working till now. Uncertain as this might be, its certain that I'm not going to cower down.
****UPDATE(07/17/21)****
My latest scans shows that i have now metastasis in my brain and treatment is not working as it should and as per doctors my prognosis is very short. The fight has not ended, and neither has my determination. I'm still going for treatment and after talking to different oncologist and by researching we found out that there is one hospital in turkey, where they have cured such cases like mine and so have hope for me as well( for reference see medical journal below ).And i want to give it a shot and give myself chance to live. US medical insurance wont work in turkey and this new treatment is very expensive. All I ask is for a little help to get to the finish line, so to get this thing out of my body once and for all. I've been fighting this abominable beast on my own, help me defeat it completely.
