Help Nina Smile Again

If you know Nina, you know she is the kind of person who always puts everyone else first.

After raising three children of her own, and then becoming the legal guardian of her twin granddaughters, Nina stepped up once again, this time to care for her newborn grandson whom she has guardianship of. She provides them with love, stability, and a safe home, all while expecting nothing in return. She is constantly caring for others, often at the expense of herself.

Right now, Nina is facing a serious medical hardship of her own.

She urgently needs extensive dental work totaling $40,000. This includes having 13 teeth pulled and receiving dental implants. She is in constant, severe pain, and it’s affecting her ability to eat, and fully show up for her family. Unfortunately, her dental insurance only covers routine exams and basic fillings, none of the procedures she desperately needs.

Because Nina is supporting and caring for her grandchildren full-time, there simply aren’t the funds available to cover this kind of medical expense. She would never ask for help herself, which is why we are asking on her behalf.

She spends her days caring for the baby, supporting her family, and doing everything she can for those around her, while silently enduring pain that no one should have to live with. Watching someone so selfless suffer like this has been heartbreaking.
