My name is Tonka and I’m raising funds for my sister Nina a 38-year-old who urgently needs eye surgery.

Two years ago, Nina’s life changed forever after a serious car accident. As a result of the accident, she suffered a severe eye injury and has been fighting ever since to save her vision.

Over the past two years, Nina has undergone eight eye surgeries. Despite all efforts, doctors in Croatia have now confirmed that they can no longer help her. The only remaining option is a specialized surgery in Germany, where doctors would implant a device to regulate eye pressure and give her a chance to preserve her sight.

Nina has been bravely fighting this battle for two years. She has now been told that this surgery is her last and only option.

Both Nina and I are hardworking people who have always earned our own living and helped others whenever we could. Unfortunately, some of the people we helped in difficult times never repaid us and still owe us approximately €25,000, which makes this situation even harder to manage on our own.

Total cost of the operation is 14000 eur.
