Hello! I am just around the corner from getting top surgery, and while I am so lucky to have insurance covering some of the expense, you can bet your tatas it’s not the whole thing. After much back-and-forth, and dreams of affordable healthcare futures for all, I’m reaching out to community for some financial support.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has already supported me with words of celebration and offerings to cook for me and stay with me during recovery, including some faraway pals and the best mom ever! While I hope this fundraiser can offset some of my payment towards this surgery, I am so touched by all kinds of support - if you cannot make a donation at this time but want to reach out with a movie rec, etc., I’m gonna be on the couch for a while :)
