My name is Nina, and I’m asking for help to keep my boys and me covered during the hardest season of our lives. I recently learned that my marriage was not what I believed it to be. Overnight, my sons and I lost the stability we depended on, our benefits, our financial support, and the security of our home. I’m working, but I can’t yet cover full rent on my own, our bills, and soon to be my sons therapy for his had or to help him pay through college as a student athlete. I’m trying with everything in me to keep me and my boys from facing homelessness due to someone else negligence. I’m not asking for a handout……I’m asking for help to get us through this painful transition so I can save, rebuild, and stand on my own again. My boys are my world: • My oldest is about to become an EMT. • My middle son is in college and healing from hand surgery, now losing the therapy he needs. • My youngest is a high schooler trying to stay strong while everything around him shifts. We are a God fearing family, and we are leaning on our faith more than ever. I’ve always handled life on my own, but this heartbreak has placed us in a position I cannot fight through alone. I am simply asking for help to secure several months of rent so my job income can go straight into savings while we rebuild our lives from the ground up. It isn’t guaranteed that he will help us in anyway after he separates from the army in a week. If you can give anything, truly anything, it will go directly toward keeping a safe roof over our heads, providing food, and help that my sons need in any way. .
