On April 1st, 2025, I fell in my bedroom and hit the door frame with my arm, breaking the humerus bones in three different places. It's been a struggle, and the pain is sometimes unbearable. I'm supposed to be having surgery, but I was informed that I have a severe UTI infection and have to start a PICC line to administer antibiotics at home.

I have been fortunate to have my husband, Rafael, of 2 years, who's really helped me so much, especially the first 3 weeks. He's been here day and night. Unfortunately, he's missed a lot of days of work, and that's why I had to do this GoFundMe. May is just around the corner along with the rent and all our bills. This situation has caused us a lot of unexpected medical bill payments.
