Help Nimesh to Fight Through his Illness

Nimesh Sethumadhavan, a 36-year-old Engineer from Kerala, India, embarked on a journey to the USA with hopes of advancing his IT career and enhancing his quality of life. However, in 2021, Nimesh faced a setback when he underwent brain surgery in Ohio, USA. Since then, he has grappled with the challenges of recovery. Fortunately, with the assistance of friends and his employer, Nimesh's wife, along with their young child, provided care and support for him in Cincinnati, Ohio. Despite their efforts, Nimesh's employment was terminated at the end of January 2024.

Now facing the constraints of an unemployed H1B visa and unable to work due to his medical condition, Nimesh is compelled to leave the country. His family is burdened with significant financial strain, exacerbated by the exorbitant costs of his medical care in the USA.

In light of these circumstances, Nimesh and his family have made the difficult decision to return to their homeland, India. To alleviate the financial burden associated with Nimesh's medical expenses, daily needs, and relocation costs, we have initiated a GoFundMe campaign.
