Meet Nimbus. He’s a stray cat who wanders over to my home for food and a bit of comfort. I’ve been feeding him whenever he comes by, and over time he’s become a little part of my life, even though he doesn’t have a home of his own.

Sadly, Nimbus has recently shown up with serious health problems. He has painful sores on his head and face, pus-filled eye infections, and is struggling to breathe. We don’t know where his injuries are from or what caused them, but what we do know is that he urgently needs medical help.

I’ve called several vets, and the cost of treatment and desexing has been quoted at up to $1,500. While I would love to cover this on my own, I already have two cats to care for and simply cannot afford the medical bills by myself.

All funds raised will go directly towards:

• Veterinary consultation and treatment for his infections

• Medications and antibiotics to help him heal

• Desexing, so he can have a healthier, safer future

• Ongoing care to ensure he recovers fully
