My name is Stephanie, and I am raising funds for my friend, former student, and now colleague, Nima.

Nima has been part of the Habibi Center community since 2021. Over the years, I have witnessed his incredible dedication to education, personal growth, and service to others. He first joined as a student preparing for the GED and Cambridge FCE (B2) exams, which he successfully passed through hard work and perseverance.

What makes Nima truly exceptional is his commitment to giving back. After completing his studies, he trained as a teacher and began volunteering at the center, supporting other refugee youth. Since then, he has taken on increasing responsibility—teaching IT classes, helping restructure our digital literacy program, and now training as an Operations and Programs Officer.

Nima is not only building his own future, he is actively helping others build theirs.

Thanks to a generous donor, his first year of university tuition has been fully covered. We are now raising funds to support his second year, so he can continue his education without interruption.
