Help Niko get Healthy

Hello! 
My name is Nicolette, I go by Niko!
I was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate, which also affected my middle ear and Eustachian tubes. I am 26!

I am currently looking at needing mutiple medical procedures in the next 1.5 years including:

- Jaw Surgery, Possibly on upper and lowed due to cleft lip and palate and sleep apnea. Currently my jaw is causing a lot of daily pain and headaches, sometimes migraines.
-New front teeth, possibly with bone graft. Since I was born missing bone, my two front teeth are about to fall out, and there is not much stopping them. The roots themselves were already shorter than the tooth, and it is touching my bone graft. I am concerned that as they fall out over the next week to month, it will expose part of my cleft leading to my sinuses. There is a decent amount of evidence supporting this, unfortunately.


With tooth and Jaw related things it is had to get good affordable coverage in the US especially when it comes to finding someone who had good experience with cleft. 

I currently am shifting my insurance, and doing what I can, however as I am prone to getting sick (12x tonsillitis or strep in less than 6 months in high school) I am trying to stay quarantined. This makes money and insurance a lot harder. You need a good job to have good insurance, and it is hard to get a good job with a lot of medical issues.  I am trying to become a caretaker for a family member, but that takes time and paperwork so for now I am stuck. 

I currently live in the Portland area of Oregon, and do not have a vehicle due to an accident. I may have a replacement soon but am unsure. 


I plan to use the money to pay for;

a) Medical costs including : Medication, Procedures, Appointments, Co-Pays and Surgery and lets be real, some Therapy. (Jaw Surgery usually costs 10-40k, Implants and Bone grafts are also very expensive)

b) Transport to medical appointments

c) Make sure I don't lose housing due to medical concerns
