Help Nikki with Rent, Bills,Necessities

Hi y'all my name is Nikki Archuleta and I'm a Black woman who has unfortunately found herself in consistent work spaces that are incredibly traumatic, violent and not safe. And usually I power through or work until I can find something else but my place of employment at the moment is having such a negative and harmful impact on my mental,emotional and physical health I can no longer tolerate or wait long enough until another job comes along. I'm incredibly depressed and have suicidal thoughts almost daily. The interactions and experiences I have encountered in just the six months of working at my current job have been incredibly racist, manipulative,and traumatic in nature. As well as consistent microaggressions and I can't express how important it is for my well being to leave this place of employment. Existing as a Black woman in this world is hard enough but to feel like my only choice to survive is to deal with this type of violence is wearing on me and I really can't take it anymore. I'm exhausted. Anyone who knows me knows me knows I have an incredibly hard time asking for help but this is me reaching out to my community and actively saying I need help. I can no longer deal with this alone I am currently and have been looking for employment elsewhere so I just need these funds to help me out until I can find a job that I can actually thrive and survive in/with, without feeling and dealing with this type of trauma.
