Nikki Taylor, my niece, has always been someone who puts others first. Over the past months, she devoted herself to caring for her father, Two Buck, a proud Native American veteran who served in the Coast Guard. Nikki was by his side through every challenge, offering comfort and support until his passing in early February. Her dedication and love for her father were unwavering, and she did everything she could to make his final days peaceful and dignified.

Now, Nikki is facing the difficult task of arranging her father’s funeral. She has already used all the resources available to her, but despite her best efforts, she has come up short. The financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming, and she needs a little extra help to give her father the farewell he deserves. Nikki’s situation is made even more challenging because she has always been the one to care for others, just like her mother before her.
