Hi, my name is Tonja and I’m raising funds for my dog Nikki, who means the world to me. Nikki had emergency intestinal surgery six months ago to remove a blockage, but the vet recently told us they were not able to safely remove everything at the time because it was too risky for her intestines.

Now Nikki is showing symptoms again — not eating, low energy, and discomfort — and the vets believe there may still be a blockage causing her pain. They need to perform advanced imaging (ultrasound and specialized scans) to find out what’s going on and determine if she needs treatment or surgery.

Unfortunately, the cost of this testing and care is more than I can handle on my own, especially as someone living on a limited income. I have already done everything I can for Nikki and I will continue to fight for her, but I need help.

Nikki is loving, gentle, and deeply bonded to me. She has been my comfort and my family, and I just want to give her the chance to feel better and live a healthy life.
