Help Nikki get her smile back

Hello my name is nikki im a stay at home mom of one beautiful princess .4 years ago I had an encounter with the police and ended up with a broken jaw and 2 missing teeth , due to the officers shoving me down to the ground( asphalt), when this was happening i was screaming and my front teeth ended up going threw my bottom lip and ultimately my teeth came out. It took them a half an hour to get me to the hospital where they told me my teeth could not be saved because ive gotten there to late. Finally when i was detained i was laughed at by fellow officers and was referred to as the "girl with no teeth "instead of calling me by name. When i tried to go after the city they informed me that the bodycam has come up " missing" and there was nothing they could do for me , ever since this occurred ive been experiencing extreme pain everything from abscesses to sharp pains in my mouth when its to cold outside do to the plates and screws they put in my mouth to reconstruct my jaw. I need 6 grand worth of dental work done inorder to get my smile back and ultimately raise up my self-esteem, I have insurance through my state but it does not cover anything but teeth cleanings.
