Hey everyone, my name is Nikki for the past 3 weeks I’ve been in and out of the vet with my fur baby Zoe. She’s the most amazing cat I’ve ever had the chance to love. More then 3 weeks ago I noticed she was hiding more and not eating much. She went to hide in her favorite hiding spot and she hid for a week in a half, i couldn’t get her to come out. When she finally came out i noticed her ear was bleeding pretty bad. I scheduled her vet visit and she was diagnosed with a severe ear infection. She was given medication and sent home. After a week went by I noticed that the left side of her face became paralyzed. She lost function in her mouth, ear and eye. And her pupil was extremely small. She was taken Back to the vet for a second visit a week later and she lost 2 pounds in a week she became very skinny she couldn’t eat solid food so I had to start giving her liquid food. I was told at the second vet appointment the he thinks she had more then just an ear infection that she may have a brain tumor. She was taken to the vet this past Friday, she showed small improvement the vet said she maintained her weight but the condition of her eye got worse, she still has no function in the left side of her face and he is pretty positive that she has a brain tumor that’s effecting her body. She has tried to eat solid food but can’t open her mouth enough to eat it. After a lot of time, thought and tears. I’ve made the decision to set up a end of life appointment for her on Wednesday June 3rd. I’ve had her since she was 5weeks old and she will be 8 this year. She’s my very best friend, she has been through so much with me. When i do take this step I want to be able to bring her home with me but just the cost alone is something that I can’t afford at this moment. With many vet appointments and medications I am struggling. I’m making this to ask for help to bring my best friend home with me. I want to bring her ashes home so I have a piece of her with me forever. This is not something that I’ve not thought and cried about day in and out but I don’t want her suffering anymore!! I appreciate anyone that can help with this it would mean everything to me!
