In Loving Memory of Matthew Swafford

On August 5, 2025, our dear friend Matthew Swafford passed away unexpectedly at the age of 52. He was doing something he loved—fishing—when his life was suddenly cut short. His loss has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.

Matt is survived by his devoted wife, Nikki, and their youngest daughter, who is currently a junior in high school. He was also a proud father to several other adult children and five beautiful grandchildren, all of whom loved him deeply and are mourning this sudden loss.

Matt was a thoughtful man with a quiet strength. He was an avid reader, a lover of nature, and someone who found peace in the simple joy of casting a line into the water. His sense of humor, his steady presence, and his deep love for his family will be profoundly missed.

His passing has not only brought emotional pain but also financial strain. Nikki is facing difficult roads ahead without him. We’re hoping to obtain support from everyone that knew and loved Matthew.
