Hello friends and loved ones,

I am reaching out to you all because one of our dearest friends, Niki recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of her mother. In the months leading up to her passing, Niki became her full-time caregiver.

This meant taking an extended leave from work and going without pay so she could dedicate all her time and energy to her care.

In addition to lost income, she is now facing the financial burden of covering expenses for Hospice end-of-life care and after-life expenses. Niki will always cherish the time they had together. Niki is one of the most loving, dedicated, and kind friends anyone could know, and she loved her mother fiercely. She needs our help, our love, and our prayers. The last thing I want is for her to have to worry about expenses while she is grieving. So, I am reaching out with the hope that, through the kindness and generosity of others, we can ease some of this overwhelming stress during an already difficult time.
