Help Nijat to Fight Cerebral Palsy

This is Nijat. He is the brother of my friend Nigar Mirzeyeva. He is 16. Nijat wants to explore the world like everyone else, but his illness doesn't allow it. His illness is cerebral palsy in the form of tetraparesis. In other words, the arms and legs cannot perform any function. He cannot hold an object with his hand, and cannot perform the function of standing. He cannot walk and uses a wheelchair. As a result of damage to the central nervous system during the first seizure, the part of the brain that sends signals to parts of the body was paralyzed. As a result, the brain cannot send signals to the arms and legs to walk normally and pick up certain objects. At the same time, Nijat has mental retardation. In other words, even though he is 16 years old, he cannot put his wants and needs into words. Eye atrophy (sees 3.5% with one eye and 4% with the other). His eyesight is poor, he does not understand anything he sees due to brain damage from the seizure. And he can't speak.

Their family is small. His mother, Nijat´s older sister Nigar, and himself. They currently live in a rented apartment and are experiencing financial difficulties. Therefore, they cannot raise the necessary money for the treatment of Nijat. The treatment requires $25000.
