Today, that is replaced by the silent beeping of hospital monitors and the quiet tears of a child fighting for his life at the west Africa Korle’bu teaching hospital Accra Ghana. Nii Adjei has been diagnosed with leukemia, a devastating blood cancer that has stolen his childhood and requires urgent, life-saving treatment not available heyre. To survive, Nii Adjei needs to be flown to India for a specialized procedure, bringing the total cost of his care to ninety thousand dollars. His parents are doing everything they can, but this amount is far beyond their reach. Every dollar raised will go directly toward his medical flights and treatment, giving Nii Adjei a fighting chance to reclaim his childhood.
