Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Night Flight was forced to shut their doors on Sunday March 15th and layoff their entire staff. However, utility expenses, liability insurance, workers comp insurance, rent, mindbody fees and so on and so on still have to be paid, even though there is no income coming in. Unless a bailout for small businesses comes through, Stephanie and Gemma are seriously looking at having to close their business for good.
Night Flight is a small, women-owned business. Because they are set up as an LLC your donation is NOT tax deductible. But any small amount would help keep Night Flight afloat during this stressful and uncertain times. Half of your donation will go directly to Stephanie Lopes and Gemma Adams to help them in making the payments to insurance and rent and utilities to make sure that Night Flight still has a home in two weeks or four weeks or whenever they can reopen.
The other half of your donation will go to the Night Flight coaches who are out of work at this time. We don’t know exactly how we will set this up just yet, but know we are committed to trying to make sure we all get through this together.
We know that we many wonderful organizations and individuals that are suffering deeply during this scary time. We just ask that if Night Flight has been a place that has positively touched your life and you have the means to do so, to consider helping them weather this storm.
