This fall, Niella has been accepted into one of the most prominent independent schools in the Philadelphia area, known for nurturing creativity, academic excellence, and leadership. It’s an environment perfectly suited to her advanced learning style and artistic spirit. Tuition is $32,000 annually, and while the school offers some financial aid, it’s limited — and it simply isn’t enough to cover the full cost.

In addition to excelling academically, Niella is a passionate performer. She’s a dedicated cheerleader ($825 per year) and an enthusiastic dancer studying ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, African, modeling, and competitive dance, with classes costing $75 each month per style. These activities aren’t just hobbies for her — they’re her outlets, her joy, and her safe spaces.

As a single mother working full time with limited financial assistance, I do everything I can to provide for my daughter. But despite my best efforts, the financial burden of these life-changing opportunities is heavy. I don’t want my financial status to be the reason Niella is denied the education and enrichment she deserves.
