Empress, our mom, has always been the heart of her community in Dominica, known for her kindness and generosity. She loves people deeply and is always ready to help friends and neighbors, often sharing meals and support even when she has little herself. Since moving to Dominica, Nicole and her twin sister have done their best to support her, but now she is facing a challenge that is too big for them to handle alone.
Empress has suffered from migraines for many years, but after a recent head injury, her pain has become truly debilitating. The pain is now so severe that she can't leave her home to work, which is especially hard for someone who is always active and helping others. When her pain worsened after a week, she went to see a doctor, who prescribed migraine medication. Unfortunately, Empress has not improved, and she is still searching for answers. Living alone in Dominica without insurance, she is unable to afford the medical bills for the tests and treatment she needs. The funds raised will go directly toward a CT scan, cervical scan, blood tests, and any necessary treatment to help her recover and regain her health.
We are reaching out to our community and beyond, hoping for support during this difficult time. We would be incredibly grateful to anyone with the kindness and means to help. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference in our mom's life. Thank you, from Empress and her twin daughters, for considering our family and for any support you can offer.
