Hi, my name is Nicole. Through my own poor choices, I have not taken care of myself and here I am facing amputation of my right foot below the knee. I am a single mom with a teen daughter. I am living in an upstairs apartment and I would benefit from having a mobility scooter. I have Charcot foot due to my diabetes, which is why I am losing my right foot. I also have the beginning of it in my left, which is where the mobility scooter comes in. This would allow me to get around without causing any more harm to my left foot. I hope that there are still good people who would be able to help me so I won't lose both of my feet.
