I am reaching out to share my story and ask for your support as I begin to rebuild my life after 23 years of incarceration. My name is Nicole Boynton and I was recently released on January 6, 2026, after my life sentence was vacated under the Survivors Justice Act HB 582 Bill.

The years I spent in prison were filled with unimaginable pain and abuse, but I am grateful for the opportunity to start anew and trust in God’s plan for my future. Despite the challenges I face, including being denied SNAP benefits, lacking transportation, and struggling to find housing, I am determined to create a better life for myself.
