My name is Shontelle Pinch, and I’ve been living in Jamaica for almost a decade, where my husband and I run a small rental property and have become deeply integrated in the local community.
I’m raising funds on behalf of Nicole Daley, who has worked with me for over two years. Nicole manages the Psily Shop on the beach in Negril and is truly the most trustworthy and dedicated employee I’ve ever had the privilege to know.
Nicole lives in Savanna-la-Mar (Sav-Lamar), Westmoreland, one of the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Melissa. Her home has lost its roof entirely, leaving her and her family exposed to the elements. The surrounding community of Little London and Sav-Lamar has suffered immense damage — homes destroyed, families displaced, and many left without access to food, clean water, or basic necessities.
Our first goal is to raise $7,500 USD to help Nicole rebuild her roof and provide essential relief supplies to her neighbors — roofing materials, lumber, nails, tarpaulin, food, and clean water. If we surpass this goal, additional funds will continue supporting rebuilding efforts across her community.
Nicole has always shown extraordinary resilience, kindness, and commitment. Now, it’s our turn to help her and those around her rebuild their lives and regain a sense of safety and stability.
Thank you for showing love and solidarity with the people of Westmoreland. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward supplies and rebuilding efforts for Nicole and her community.
Thank you,
Shontelle Pinch
