Help Nicole Pay for Cancer Treatment

Hi Friends & Family,

As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer in August. I spend 3 years trying to figure out why my tailbone hurt so bad. I went to multiple doctors, did physical therapy, chiropractic, anything to stop the pain. It turns out it was the tumor pressing on my tailbone. I am grateful it was caught at all, and I'm grateful that it's Stage 3 and not 4. My oncologist said if it had not been caught, I would have probably dropped dead at the end of this year.

Everyone has asked how they can help and for that I'm so grateful to have the love and support from friends and family. I haven't really needed much physical help because I feel good. I've been through 6 rounds of chemo and have 6 more to go. I've changed my diet to plant based and take a bunch of supplements and I feel good. I have minimal side effects - cold sensitivity, where my hands and feet feel like pins & needles, first bite syndrome, where the first bite I get pain in my jaws (kind of like when you eat something sour, but a bit more intense), and dark discoloration in my hands, feet & face. So far, it's nothing I can't handle.

I have decided to continue chemo and also incorporate a Naturopathic approach. This consists of multiple IV treatments, all new supplements and hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments. This is all in hopes to shrink the tumor so that I won't have to get a permanent ostomy bag, and to lower the level of inflammation in my body. Which according to my bloodwork is off the charts high. And inflammation is what helps the cancer to grow.

I'm asking for help monetarily, as the treatment plan is not covered by insurance. Thank you!!
