Donate $5 to Help Nicole Afford Her First Flight

Hi, my name is Nicole (Bearse) Shotwell. I need your help with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for myself. I have an opportunity to go to Los Angeles for 3 days and also to spend a day in Las Vegas for free! Well, except for the purchase of my plane ticket. I know some of you may be thinking this doesn’t seem like it could be a once-in-a-lifetime event, but I assure you, to me, it is!

I live paycheck to paycheck and still struggle to make ends meet. But I get up every day and give it my all no matter what life throws at me. I want so desperately to travel and to see everything. To be able to see all the different cultures, lifestyles, fine arts, music, and food of the world! This is my biggest dream and has been for as long as I can remember. I have never even been on a plane. I cannot explain to you how exciting just the thought of me being on an airplane makes me. LA and Las Vegas are on my top 10 places in the United States that I would love to see.

Because I do not have the financial means to make this happen, I always thought that it would just be a dream of mine. Until now, I have been invited on a trip with all expenses paid for, except the cost of my plane ticket. I need your help with this because, as I said earlier, I live paycheck to paycheck and do not have any extra money to put towards it. I understand times are tough for everyone. I appreciate any donations that I may receive and understand that not everyone can financially afford to donate, and that’s OK too! Every little bit helps, even if it’s only five dollars! If you can afford a few extra dollars to help me make this dream come true, I will forever be grateful and definitely pay it forward in some way!
