Nicole is a 38-year-old mother raising four children, all under the age of six. Her life changed dramatically at 24, when she suffered an AVM hemorrhagic stroke. Since then, she has lived with disabilities including epilepsy, aphasia, loss of peripheral vision, and the inability to drive. These challenges have made it impossible for her to work, and she has relied on her mother for support.

Recently, Nicole’s mother passed away from cancer, leaving her not only grieving but also facing the threat of losing her home. With her father having passed away when she was young, and only her brother left, Nicole is now navigating these hardships mostly on her own. The house she shared with her mother needs repairs and updates to become a safe, comfortable place for her and her children. Keeping their home would give her kids a sense of security during such a difficult time.

Funds raised will go directly toward the upkeep of the house, covering the mortgage, helping with transportation for her children to and from school, and refurbishing the home to make it livable again.
