Help Nicolas Battle Advanced Heartworm Disease

Nicolas was found standing in the middle of a busy road in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. His people may have dumped him, and he was waiting for them to return, looking confused.

A kind soul, Shane Steinfeld, found and rescued Nicolas and brought him home. Shane and his partner have five other rescues. Suffice it to say, they have a lovely home full of dogs : )

Nicolas was recently diagnosed with advanced heartworm disease. He's getting his x-rays completed shortly, and that will help determine his long or near-term prognosis.

However long Nicolas has with us, we're asking for donations to help fund his medical care or his hospice ❤️
