My girlfriend and I have just recently recovered from being homeless but we are still really struggling. We were staying in a hotel for 8 months (as we weren’t able to get into any apartments) and then had to pay first months rent after getting out, so all of the money I had saved/been making is gone. My girlfriend has been unemployed and jobs she’s applied for still haven’t gotten back to her. I’m working minimum wage and i’m just not making enough money for basically anything at all. Even making enough for rent is hard
