My name is Nico Novick, and I have successfully completed half a term here at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts!! What a wonderful, beautiful journey it has been. Some highlights have been getting to visit the Globe Theatre (where Shakespeare worked), and being cast as Old Bellair in the play The Man of Mode by George Etherege!

I am more confident and competent now in my artistry than I ever have been before. It is an absolute joy being here.

That being said, finances are tight. My school hours are 9-6 each day, and with the visa I have, I am not allowed to work in the UK. Further, because the conversion rate between USD and British Pounds is so high, expenses add up quickly. All of this means that I am struggling to focus on my studies because of financial worries.
