Hello! I'm Nico and I'm an 18-year-old trans man with crippling chest dysphoria. My dysphoria makes it incredibly hard for me to do the things I love, and live my life to the fullest. I am leaving for university this fall and would do anything to be able to afford top surgery before then, so I come to you to ask for help!

Not only is it mentally debilitating, its physically painful to bind my chest for the sake of comfort in my own body. Binding for long consecutive hours leaves my muscles strained, and has caused permanent nerve damage.

I have been working all 4 years of high school to be able to afford this, but I'm still a few thousand short to get top surgery with my dream surgeon, Dr. Garramone. Please help make my dreams a reality!!!! Any small amount or share helps more than you know. Thank you!
