Hi, I’m Jess and on Tuesday my former boyfriend but forever best friend Nicholas Signorelli was hit by a car and left for dead. Luckily police found the woman who hit him and someone else called paramedics. He is now in critical condition in the ICU. He has had two surgeries already, a pelvic reconstruction and one on his collarbone. He still needs several more; he has 3 broken ribs, a punctured lung, a brain bleed, and essentially every bone in his body is broken from head to toe. Regardless, one thing is for certain.. This is going be astronomically expensive. His road to recovery will be long, and he may need ongoing medical care for the rest of his life.
