Help Sarah and Her Girls Through This Tragic Loss
Donation protected
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the most unfortunate news of Nicholas Wessel’s passing. On March 17th, 2025 Nick collapsed in the home he shared with his wife, Sarah and twin 6 year old daughters, Aria and Nirah. He was rushed to UC Davis Medical Center where he remained in the ICU for over 2 weeks
with a ruptured brain aneurysm. Nick’s fighting spirit was evident when he miraculously woke from a coma and within days was
talking, moving around, smiling, and making everyone laugh in the worst of circumstances. The hope and happiness with his
progress was felt not only by family and friends but by every healthcare worker who participated in his care. On April 11th, Sarah received the life shattering and devastating news that Nick
experienced another unsurvivable bleed.
Nick’s love and devotion to his partner Sarah of 10 years, daughters, family, and friends was undeniable and the guiding force of his life. Nick’s greatest joy was watching his daughters
grow into the silly, loving, smart, beautiful girls they are today. The loss for his girls is the greatest. They will never get to know the
amazing man that Nick was as they navigate through life without their attentive, loving, and devoted father. Nick's unexpected passing left all that knew him in heartbreak and disbelief. The
grief of such a loss in unimaginable.
We are asking for support to help lessen the financial challenges his wife and daughters now face. Nick would be so appreciative of the help for his family, knowing he would be the first to help others in need. There is a long road ahead and anything that can be done to help ease that struggle is greatly appreciated. Nick’s family is so thankful and grateful for the love and support they’ve received during this tragic and trying time.
