Help Nick Small Recover from Motorcycle Accident

My name is Amanda, and I’ve started this go fund me for my brother, Nick Small, who was in a bad motorcycle accident on Friday night (11/19/21). Nick swerved to avoid a deer, and he was found in a ditch, somebody driving by saw his headlight on and called 911. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance and had 5 broken bones and compound fractures in his lower left leg. He went into surgery on Saturday (11/20/21) on his leg, where they discovered that his bones are crushed/shattered, so they put in rods, spacers, and screws. He will have to have another surgery in 3-6 weeks to do a bone graft and they will reconstruct his lower leg. Then he will have one more surgery on his knee, because the ligaments were torn. He was released from the hospital and is doing better, but still can’t get around very well, and has a very long road to recovery. He will be off work for 4-6 months, and the medical bills will soon be rolling in, on top of his normal bills, and I’m hoping to relieve some of the financial burden and stress for him.
