Help Nick Maillet with Medical Bills

My nephew Nick needed emergency surgery to treat an  infection that developed behind his knee cap.  Time was of the essence because he developed sepsis - which if the infection continued to  spread - it could result in permanent joint damage, organ failure or the unthinkable. The medical bills are already extensive as the surgeon required thousands upfront to perform the surgery. Nick will need to stay in the hospital until the doctors are confident the infection is clearing. Once he returns home he has a month of recovery which requires a visiting nurse to administer his IV meds.  Once he recovers he will need to do physical therapy.  Nick will need to be out of work for a period of time. This will be so hard on him because he loves his job. He loves working.  In fact he worked up until a few hours before he was administered into the hospital. But being out on short term disability will be a reduction in pay and this coupled with the mounting medical bills will be a financial hardship.  I love my nephew.  He does everything for everyone. He would give the shirt off his back.  Now it’s my time to help him.  I set up this Go Fund Me to help pay Nick’s medical bills. He has a long recovery ahead and I wanted to make it less stressful dealing with paying these bills.
