Help Nick Fund His SoCal Tour
Donation protected
OH NO!!! A big gig has been postponed and now the tour is struggling. Can you please help?
The Bottomline...
I am asking for $1250.00. These funds will help defray the cost of my flight ($320), food (c. $350), and transportation/gas (c. $250). The remainder will go toward subsidizing the lesser paying gigs. I am lucky to call the world-class musicians who populate my bands, my friends.
A Little Backstory...
In May of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, my wife Afton, my daughter Minerva, and I were faced with the reality that it wasn't financially possible to stay in LA any longer. We packed up everything and moved to Tulsa OK. Tulsa is a beautiful and burgeoning city, and I do what I can to stay creatively active (mostly in my studio), but I still yearn for the artistic outlet that traveling to LA affords me.
A Grass Roots Tour...
Typically when I book a small tour such as this one it begins with what I call a "Backbone" gig. This is the gig that is: a) profitable enough to warrant the time and expense to travel for, b) provides the plane ticket or c) all of the above. In the case of this tour, my backbone gig was postponed until May, after I had already booked the rest of the tour.

What can you do?
A small donation of $10-$20 can go a long way. A donation of $500 or more awards you a private solo concert in your own home. I'm also a great conversationalist. ;)
In the end this is far from a huge money-making endeavor. All I ask for is the opportunity to spread love throughout our music-loving community.
Thank you so much for your time. Please pass this message on to anyone whom you think may want to lend a hand.
