Hi, I'm Nick. Currently, I'm fighting bone cancer and receiving both radiation therapy and chemotherapy. I also am heavily involved in addiction recovery in the Denver Metro Area. I'm dealing with a currently torn Achilles and metatarsal tendon in my right ankle, the same side as my bone cancer in my right foot. I was injured while working a delivery job, but I'm ultimately grateful because without the injury, I would have never discovered the tumor in my foot.

I have been unable to work due to my injuries for over a year now and have been placed on workers' comp. I am constantly driving all week for treatments, attending and participating in many AA and CA meetings, and bringing meetings to new patients in detoxes and rehabs multiple times every week, along with working with a sponsor and sponsoring 3 men myself. I live to serve others now and am fulfilled spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, carrying the message of recovery and a new way of loving a sober life, all while quietly fighting my own health battle.

My very busy schedule is very costly, and I have been able to squeeze as much lemonade out of life as I can. I just need a little help with bills, gas for my vehicle, and a little maintenance for my vehicle.
