Help Nichole and Her Boys Through Tough Times
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Nichole — I’m a single mom of three amazing boys. This year, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called dermatomyositis, along with MCTD (Mixed Connective Tissue Disease). These illnesses attack my muscles, kidney, liver, and joints, and have left me in daily pain, extreme fatigue, and often unable to do even simple tasks. I’ve undergone a muscle biopsy, started immunosuppressive therapy, and I’m currently on short-term disability while managing a heavy schedule of medical appointments, labs, and treatments. I have a second surgery scheduled for June 2, and I’m feeling quite overwhelmed.
In the midst of all this, my car’s engine failed — and now I’m without transportation. My mom is doing her best to help get me to my appointments, however she has her own serious health conditions to worry about. I’ll be returning to work soon, and I have no reliable way to get around. Between medical bills, rent, utilities, and caring for my boys, I’m overwhelmed — financially and emotionally.
I’ve hesitated to ask for help. But the truth is, I need it.
Your support — whether it’s $5, $50, or just a share…would help me. Here’s a breakdown of how funds will be used:
• Replace the engine for my car for medical appointments, getting the boys to school, and returning to work. Estimated cost is between 3k-5k
• Stay current on bills and avoid eviction and shut off notices. Estimated cost $1200
• Afford critical medications and medical follow-ups. Estimated surgery costs $1500
I’m fighting every day — for my health, for my children, and for the life we deserve. If you can help lighten the load, even just a little, it would mean the world.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, sharing, or donating.
With Gratitude,
Nichole
