Help Nicholas Heal After Motorcycle Injury

Hi everyone,

I recently was in an accident on my late father’s motorcycle—the one he left me after he passed. I was thrown from the bike and landed hard on my shoulder. Thankfully, nothing was broken, but I may have a muscle or tendon tear that’s left me with very limited mobility. I can barely lift my arm or get dressed on my own.

I’m currently out of work due to the injury, waiting on a referral for an MRI, and doing my best to stay afloat financially while I heal. Insurance will cover the bike repairs, but not my living expenses during this recovery period.

That motorcycle means the world to me—it’s not just a bike, it’s a connection to my dad and the life he built for himself in sobriety from alcohol. Being able to ride it was an honor and a source of pride. Having it go down—along with being injured—has taken a serious emotional and financial toll.

I’ve created this fundraiser to help cover basic costs while I recover: food, bills, transportation to medical appointments, and anything else that helps me get through this time. I’m not one to ask for help easily, but I could really use some support right now.
