My name is Juliana and I am Nicholas' sister-in-law. I am creating this GoFundMe on his behalf because Nicholas lives in Barbados, where GoFundMe is not currently available. As our family navigates this incredibly difficult time, I wanted to create a way for friends, loved ones, and compassionate supporters around the world to help him receive the urgent medical care he needs.

For our family, that moment came when Nicholas was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse, a serious heart condition that is causing blood to flow backward through his heart and affecting his lungs. Nicholas is more than a patient; he is a devoted husband, a loving father of five beautiful children, a skilled barber, and a pillar of his community.
