On Tuesday, February 18, my father passed away suddenly from what we think was a heart attack. He was only 63 years old. He is survived by myself, his son Nicholas (25), and my two siblings, Courtney (27) and Dillon (23). This loss came so suddenly; no one expected it. He was in the best health he'd been in a very long time. As it was so sudden, we did not have anything set up for funds for a funeral.

All we ask is for anything that can help us in this time. The cost of his cremation from the funeral home is around $7,000. We are only asking for a little more to have a small memorial service for him to honor his memory and have a gathering for friends and family.

For those that knew him, you can attest to how much of a character he was and how much personality he had. It was always constant laughs and smiles whenever he was around. He would go above and beyond for anyone that needed help. He was so proud of his plants too, always bragging when he got them to bloom and look all pretty. He loved animals too, especially dogs. He left behind his dog Zippy, and his two cats Mikey and Mao Mao, which he loved so much and spoiled beyond belief.

As of right now, we do not have a date set for a service because we are still trying to figure everything out and organize as much as we can. All we know is our father will be cremated in the next couple days to a week and that is when we need to pay them. That is what is going to be the hardest for us to do.
