I am a single mother who has always worked hard to provide for my family. Recently, my life changed dramatically when I became disabled after back surgery. Now, I am living with drop foot, diabetes, and high blood pressure, which makes it impossible for me to return to work. On top of these challenges, I am facing the need for a kidney transplant, and the medical bills are overwhelming.
