Normally, asking for financial help is something I really struggle to do, but I've reached a point where I've run out of other options.

I've been out of my regular job for over a month now. When this started, I genuinely expected that I would have found another job by this point. I also applied for unemployment, hoping it would help bridge the gap while I searched, but unfortunately my claim was denied. Since then, I've been relying on my savings and the income I still receive from freelance video editing work with Christina.

I'm incredibly grateful to still have that work, but it currently brings in around $150 per week, while my necessary monthly expenses are around $1,900. I've now gone through the savings I had set aside, and many of my larger bills hit around the beginning and middle of the month. Even once I find my next job, there will still be a gap between getting hired, starting work, and receiving my first paycheck. I'm trying to give myself enough of a bridge to make it through the job search and that final waiting period without falling further behind.

Donations will primarily help cover:

• Medical expenses
• Phone and internet
• Necessary monthly bills
• Creative tools that allow me to continue earning income through video editing

I'm not asking for people to support me indefinitely. This is temporary help while I work toward getting back to stable employment. Normally, I wouldn't ask for help like this, but I've reached the point where trying to handle everything on my own isn't realistic anymore.
