Nhalani is a vibrant and smart 14-year-old who loves to dance and play sports. She has always brought so much joy and energy to our family and everyone who knows her. Nhalani was formally diagnosed with Alports Syndrome at 8 years old, a rare disease that has now progressed to end stage renal failure. As a result, she is in urgent need of a kidney transplant to give her the chance at a healthy future.

This journey has been incredibly difficult for Nhalani and our family, both emotionally and financially.
