Help NH Loons Reach National Stage

Donation protected
The NH LOONS have qualified to compete in the 1600 Meter Medley Relay at the ADIDAS TRACK NATIONALS in Greensboro, NC, June 20-22, 2025, but need YOUR help to get there!

David Walker, Devin Gasque, Isaac Nudd-Homeyer, and Landon Richards are dedicated high school track and field athletes from Meredith and Sandwich, NH who have trained hard and fiercely supported each other's efforts. As a result, they have all achieved at the highest levels in their individual events and together have achieved a composite time that qualifies them to run 1600 Meter Medley Relay on at the Adidas Track Nationals, against some of the best high school athletes in the country. David and Devin will start the race by each running 200 meters, Landon will run 400 meters, and Isaac will close the relay by running the 800 meters. The have named their team the NH Loons in honor of the majestic bird who frequents the Lakes Region where they live.

Because the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA), of which their school is a member, is not affiliated with national meets, students who qualify may not participate or run as their school team, nor receive support from their district to attend or compete.

In light of this, it falls to the students, their families, and our community to help make this happen, and we ask for your help! This is a huge opportunity for four local student athletes who have put their all into their running seasons. All team members placed in the top in their New Hampshire Division 3 championship events and this experience will allow them to bring their talents to a national stage, opening athletic and academic doors for them. This will also be a capstone experience for Devin and Isaac, who graduate this year and have dedicated years of blood, sweat and tears to their sport.

Your support will assist the students and their families in defraying the costs of registrations, uniforms and other athletic gear, food and lodging, and transportation for the students and up to two family members each. If your kind support, the contributions of the families themselves, and other business donations exceeds the needs of the students and their families, excess funding will be dedicated to creating a fund to assist future local athletes and their families in similar situations.

We hope you will join us in this effort, and we thank you for supporting and celebrating our local athletes!

This fundraising effort and the participation of these student athletes in this competition is not in any way affiliated, endorsed or sanctioned by the Interlakes Middle High School, its athletic program, or its SAU.
