Help Nga Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
My sister Nga has committed her life to helping others as an ER nurse. Her beautiful family includes her husband Tom and her 4 year old son Tommy. She is a daughter, mother, wife, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and friend to many of us.
2 years ago she noticed a lump on her left breast that would forever change her life. After several doctor visits and biopsies, doctors confirmed—it was cancer.
Diagnosed at only 35 years old.
Nga is one of the strongest people I know and is so selfless that even during these times all she could think about is just continuing to work, taking care of patients. She’s even willing to continue to work while she is going through chemotherapy, knowing that she will be immunocompromised and exposed to those that are sick. Doctors have advised that she will probably not be able to work during treatment, especially as flu season is approaching.
The funds received will go towards any costs of treatment, loss of wages and meals during the expected 4-6 month long treatment—which is starting on Monday 10/21. The chemotherapy treatment will be every 2 weeks for 8 sessions.
I know Nga would not think or ask of anything from anyone herself so that’s why I’ve created this for her and her family. Let’s all rally together to help Nga and her family during this time and help her beat cancer!
We love you Nga, you got this! <3
