Help new mother bury her husband

We, Douglas Chan and Mary Symms, are reaching out the community on behalf of our dear friend, Tiffani, who lost Joe her husband and father to their unborn child to COVID-19. Joe was a dog trainer and owner of BDE Dog Training LLC. Tiffani was helping him build his business while they awaited the birth of their miracle baby. Tiffani wanted to be a mom her whole life and had been trying for many years to get pregnant. They were just fixing up their home and preparing for the baby when the unthinkable happened. Both of them contracted the SARS 2 virus. Tiffani is high risk due to Cystic Fibrosis, but she breezed through the illness. Joe did not. He fought valiantly, but passed this week.

 

We are asking for $6,000 to help cover the burial costs and to help Tiff during the first few weeks of her daughters life since she will be born soon. Tiffani has fought many battles with CF and she will conquer this challenge as well. She is resilient, loving and generous. We ask that you please help us to help this wonderful young woman.

 

We have both worked with her mother, Brenda, for years and gotten to know and love sweet Tiffani. She is family to us. We are heartbroken for her and yet we know Joe was a great blessing as is baby Ever.
