We are thrilled to share that our team has won the Future City Competition for New Mexico, earning the incredible honor of representing our state at the national competition in Washington, D.C.!

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity means everything to us, but the competition only covers the cost of three out of the seven team members. To bring our full team and make this dream a reality, we are hoping to raise $10,000to cover additional plane tickets, hotel expenses, and food costs.

The Future City Competition challenges teams to showcase their solutions to a citywide sustainability issue. This year’s challenge asks students to build a floating city and provide two innovative examples of how their floating city works and keeps its citizens healthy and safe.
